• Customers can apply for a basic Will as long as a full protection review has been completed. There is no obligation to proceed with any recommendations that are made subsequently from the review.
• A Basic Will includes the link to create your account and then proceed to create your Will via the online application. This makes creating your will simple, from naming executors to making gifts, simply follow the steps provided once you have created your account and answer all of the questions and your Will should be complete.
• If you need any help or support there are tips and examples throughout and also a frequently asked questions section. The My Last Will team are also able to help via telephone if you need any additional support.
• Once your will is created the team at My Last Will will check it over and get in touch if they identify any issues, they will then work with you to make any required changes ensuring that your Will reflects your wishes.
• Once the Will has been checked it is ready to be signed and Law states it should be signed in front of two witnesses who can then countersign.
